Why do you like the song?

Rockabye" is a song for single mothers. 

It is a lullaby to put a child to sleep and expresses the feeling of doing one's best to make a child happy.A woman is alone with her newborn son. The child has no father, so she has to raise it by herself.

The music is an enjoyable melody that describes a common occurrence in society. When listening to the music, you can feel the dangers of society, the difficulties of single-parent families, and the painful process of a mother raising her child through the lyrics.

Whenever I hear this song, I think of my mom. My mom is always so selfless and is not afraid to suffer even if she wants to make us happy. In the real world, there are many single mothers who have to take care of their work and family at the same time. Although there is nothing we can do to help them, we should not look at them differently.

Red Umbrella

Carla saw a red umbrella for $10 on a rainy day, but bought it for only $7. She thought she was very lucky.
But when Carla went to buy a cake, the umbrella disappeared.She thought she was very unlucky.
After she left the bakery, she met a young man who took Carla for Marisa and asked her to go for a coffee.
They had a very nice talk.
After leaving the café, Carla finds her umbrella again and feels very lucky to get it back.

Comment

In the story, Carla thinks that the umbrella can bring her good luck, when the umbrella is gone, she thinks she is very unfortunate, this is actually from the "psychological effect".

Sometimes it is not the umbrella that brings her luck, but the umbrella that she believes in her heart can bring her luck, which is similar to people's beliefs, there is a idiom: "心誠則靈" is the meaning.
